+ What am I paid to do?

As a tester, you spend on average 20 minutes doing
  1. Test Video – With our program, record a video of you giving verbal comments while navigating the site. Your screen and voice will be recorded.

  2. Written Survey – Answers up to 4 question on your experience when using the site.

+ How can I be a tester?

You can apply to be a tester in 3 simple steps;
  1. Fill up the tester application sign up form
  2. Do a sample test (5 minutes test video + written survey) for us to review your application
  3. Once approved as a tester, you will be notified on available jobs. You can also check out available job by logging into your account.

+ When can I start doing paid jobs?

Our team will review your sample test. If the feedback is good, you will be accepted to become our panel of testers. You will start receiving email notifications on available jobs.

+ What equipment do I need to be a tester?

In order to test, you will need
  1. Computer – PC or Laptops with at least 1GB RAM, 5GB free hard disc space
  2. Internet connection
  3. Headset with mic. For the sample test, you can use your laptop onboard mic, however, once being accepted into our panel of testers, you're highly encouraged to record using a headset with mic because the voice quality is superior.

+ Do I need to purchase any screen recording software?

No. You do not need purchase any screen recording software. Testing will be conducted using the application-based recorder developed by 

+ How much am I getting paid, and how?

You will be paid US$ 7 for each completed job. Occasionally, which happens only rarely, a client will ask for a refund because they are not satisfied with the user. When this happens, you don't get paid. The money will be credited to your PayPal account after 14 working days. [For Malaysian testers only] You will receive payment through online banking. 

+ Where can I do the test?

You can do this test from anywhere as long as you are in a quiet environment. However, a good internet connection (at least broadband) is needed because you will be uploading the test video to our server after completing the job.

+ Get paid US$7 for a 20 minutes task. Isn’t this too good to be true?

No, it is true. Saying so, do not expect a steady income from the jobs available. Jobs are available based on your demographic and on first come first serve basis.

+ How many jobs do I expect a week?

Do not expect to do more than 4 jobs a month.

What is the currency exchange rate for Malaysian testers?

We will adjust the tester pay rate every quarter to ensure that you're being paid fairly for your testing efforts. The current USD-RM rate for our tester is 1 USD = MYR 4.10 , this will be updated again in July 2019.
