After realising that Asia needs a quick and easy user testing service for
building better digital products like sites and apps, Alvin Chai & Wee Li co-founded Netizen Testing in 2012.
With the hope of helping Asian startups & enterprises to harness the power of UX and usability testing to improve their websites, Netizen Testing introduced the first Crowdsourced User Testing service platform in Asia. Till date, more than 1,000 user testing sessions have been conducted via the platform.
Apart from conducting tests, Netizen Testing does industry wide research with regional partners in Asia, U.S. and Europe on the latest online behaviour and digital user experience in industries like e-commerce, media, entertainment, banking, telecommunication and more.
In order to better empower clients to improve business to the next level, Netizen Testing extended its user research team (now known as Netizen eXperience, a full-fledged UX consulting firm) to provide more speciailized user experience services.
The team has also been regularly invited to speak and to provide training in various events, universities and corporates across Asia which include National University of Singapore, UX Indonesia-Malaysia Conference, Echelon Bangkok just to name a few.
