Written Responses Sample

www.jobstreet.com

  1. What frustrated you most when you are using the site?
    • I would expect to see what salary they are offering. If not the exact amount, at least give me a bracket estimate.
    • I think the site is loading too many new pop-up windows when I press for “salary report”, “company information” or “map”. There will be so many windows open on my task bar. I am not looking at only one job, I will be looking at a few different jobs. If every job also open up so many new windows, how can I keep track?
    • The category list of jobs at the front page is so long. It discourages me to look at it because it is just too many words, so I am more incline to just use the search bar.

  2. What did you like when using the site?
    • The search engine gives me some good results.
    • The company pop-up page looks nice, makes me feel that they are putting in an effort to hire people. To me, that increases their reputation and I feel good about them.

  3. How would you improve this site? (please list in point form)
    • Try showing me the different information such as “company information” or “map” on the same page? I think you can do this by “hide/unhide” design feature. So when I press the title “map”, the page will drop down to show me that information. When I am done reading it, I can press the title “map” again to hide where the information will roll back up.

  4. How likely would you recommend this site to a friend (0=Not likely, and 10=Very likely)?
